These terms govern your use of the Pinaki Alarm mobile application and this website, both operated by Lakshay Kumar, a sole proprietorship registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

1. The service

Pinaki Alarm is an alarm and reminder application for Android. The core application is free to use. Pinaki Pro is an optional one-time paid upgrade that adds additional features, described on the Pinaki Pro page.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or at our deletion page.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or repeatedly disturb other people
Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service
Choose a username that is not offensive, impersonating, or misleading

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

4. Alarm reliability

Pinaki Alarm depends on your device's operating system to deliver alarms and notifications. Battery optimisation settings, power-saving modes, force-stopping the app, or device manufacturer restrictions can delay or prevent an alarm from sounding. The service is provided on an "as is" basis and should not be relied upon as the sole means of waking for time-critical or safety-critical purposes.

5. Payments

Pinaki Pro is sold as a one-time purchase in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card or banking details. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Advertising

The free version of the app shows optional rewarded advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Watching an advertisement is always voluntary.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or modify features of the service. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including missed alarms or notifications.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
