Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Pinaki Pro, the one-time digital upgrade sold through this website.

1. Nature of the product

Pinaki Pro is a digital product delivered electronically to your Pinaki Alarm account. It is a single one-time purchase, not a subscription. No recurring charges are made, so there is nothing to cancel to prevent future billing.

2. Refund window

If Pinaki Pro does not work as described, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. We will process approved refunds to the original payment method.

3. When a refund will be issued

The upgrade was not applied to your account after a successful payment
You were charged more than once for the same purchase
The Pro features do not function as described on the purchase page

4. When a refund may be declined

Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
The upgrade was delivered and is functioning as described, and the request is a change of mind after extended use
Issues caused by a device, operating system, or network problem outside the app, where the app itself is working correctly

5. How to request a refund

Email lakshaykumaar@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, with the date of purchase and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5 to 10 business days after initiation.
